Business Advisory is a specialist division within RSM Australia, providing business and tax advisory services to private enterprises and iconic high wealth family groups.

To help you be successful in our roles, we are looking for: Experience in tax, accounting, and business advisory services in a similar environment, ideally (though not essential) in a top-tier or mid-tier accounting firm.Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and managing junior staff in their development.Advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to individuals, trusts, partnerships, and private companies.Strong accounting skills and experience in preparing special purpose financial statements.Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships.A client-centric approach and ability to understand your clients' business.Excellent written and communication skills.Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major.Started or Completed CA or equivalent.At RSM, our purpose is to instil confidence in a world of change for both our clients and also our people.
