As a result of our continued success offering management consulting services and solutions to our clients, we have an Expressions of Interest for Change Managers with experience and professional knowledge in applying change management methodology in a project delivery context.
The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in our Advisory team by guiding our clients through organisational transformations, ensuring seamless transitions, and maximising the benefits of change initiatives.

Your technical competence in change management is recognised, with core capabilities as an excellent communicator, problem-solver and critical-thinker; with the ability to identify and remove barriers, enabling teams to fulfil goals and deliver results.
As a Change Manager you will help lead and support the effective acceptance of large change programs in complex environments and lead business improvement projects demonstrating success within Government organisations, Defence and National Security, Water or Infrastructure sectors.
Furthermore, you will have proven skills to work closely with clients to analyse business operations and requirements to provide solutions to design, development, and implement new or improved ways of working, following best practice change management methodology principles.
You will also be able to: Identify and engage key stakeholders, evaluate and identify unique and shared objectives.
Contribute subject matter expertise to guide core teams and steering groups in best practice change.
Elevate capability and advocate agile working to achieve change objectives.
Lead change management efforts for clients, developing and implementing strategies that align with organisational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the change vision and secure buy-in at all levels.
Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
Offer strength in writing and communication for positive change.
Be passionate about putting people above processes.
Execute change plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing support and guidance to leaders, managers, and employees throughout the change process.
Anticipate and address resistance to change, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Develop and deliver clear and effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about changes, progress, and benefits.
Design and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the changes.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of change management processes.

Given the nature of our client industries and projects, it is mandatory that you will be able to obtain a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher for which you will require Australian citizenship.
