Mars Food is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production crew as Operators. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our products are delivered to a high standard and meeting supplier demands. Working on a rotating shift pattern.

What are we looking for? Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential.Strong problem-solving abilities.Willingness to learn & develop.Attention to detail.A self-starter who can take instructions.Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential.What will be your key responsibilities? Safely & competently operate all equipment.Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards.Maintain general housekeeping within your designated work area.Drive improvements.Check schedules to forward plan for any changes.Complete effective shift handovers & ensure changeovers are done smoothly.Be part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.What can you expect from Mars?
