Position Overview: We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Open Pit Supervisors for future roles within Big Yellow in 2025.
With potential production ramp ups in February/March on the horizon, we are accepting applications to join our talent pool.
We are seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to lead our open pit crews of 10-15 operators in safe and productive load and haul activities.
Minimum Requirements: Current WA Drivers LicenceWA open pit mining experiencePrior experience around equipment such as PC2000/1250, Dozers/Graders etcSupervisory experience of 10-15 person sized crewsHigh level communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, proactive in mentoring teams and encouraging upskillingAble to obtain Police Clearance for site accessWork Schedule: Roles are offered on a day shift/night shift on a 2&1 FIFO basis, with DIDO opportunities available on occasion from Geraldton to projects based in the Mid West.
