We are seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic Laundry Worker and Technician to join our operations team based in Forrestdale WA. Experience in cleaning medical equipment and/or electrical repairs would be an advantage, but training will be provided to the successful candidate. Expressions of Interest candidates will be contacted in January 2025 for interviews. The role will involve: The cleaning, sanitisation, testing, servicing, and repairs of equipment, mostly pressure care mattresses and pumps. This is a physical role that requires a fit and energetic person.
To be successful in this position, you will possess: Experience in cleaning and infection control ideal, but not essential;Experience of 1st line repair of electrical equipment advantageous;WA Test and Tag Certification preferred but not essential – training can be provided;Be comfortable working with devices such as an iPad and computer systems;Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service interacting with staff and customers;The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;Be well presented and uphold the company's brand and guiding principles;Have sensitivity to and be comfortable working in a Healthcare environment.What we will offer in return: At Arjo, our vision is to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
