We are modernising heavy haulage operations, and with our state-of-the-art workshop due May 2025 with everything you'd ever want, what better time to be part of something special. Working out of our Geraldton workshop, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance & repairs to our Mack & Volvo on-road heavy multi-combination vehicles to enable best possible equipment availability and utilisation.
A day in the workshop could see you:
Maintain equipment in line with manufacturing specifications & statutory requirements Diagnose faults safely, accurately, & efficiently Report new issues/faults to management Manage work orders & respond promptly to driver & workshop repair requests Complete required workshop documentation, paperwork & in-system data What's on Offer New Payrate on offer $66.00 per hour PLUS short-term bonuses PLUS retention bonuses $35,000 of retention bonuses over 5 years of service.
$15k within 2 years! Super paid on all hours worked. Quarterly team productivity bonuses. State-of-the-art workshop with everything you'd ever want!
