Paralegals / Project Advisors Proximity projects and clients often require the support of talented early career advisors. We require a commitment of at least three days per week, with flexibility to accommodate important commitments such as exams. Your role will involve consistent client support on projects and occasional short-term assignments. We're open to discussing your needs, recognising that they may evolve over time. Responsibilities could include: Assisting with stakeholder consultations: question development, synthesising feedback, developing and analysing surveys Document reviews, literature scans Project support: summarising meeting actions and tracking progress/issues, producing status reports Document reviews, discovery, assessments Research: synthesising complex information from client documents, desktop research to support the preparation of advices, reports, or presentations Writing client documents: drafting reports, training programs, policies, procedures You will need: Ability to manage competing priorities with focus Have worked within the government, in an office or corporate environment High level data analysis and complex information synthesising skills Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills Coordination skills to help keep project tasks on track The Proximity Difference We're looking for people who live our values – people who are:
