Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting new Digital Marketing Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office.
As the Digital Campaign Coordinator at Pillow Talk, you will be an integral member of the marketing team which delivers the digital component of our omnichannel marketing strategy servicing both our bricks & mortar and eCommerce stores.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to diligently plan and execute digital campaign assets to drive sales, ROAS, engagement, click-throughs, lead generation and reach, aligned to the broader marketing strategy and objectives.
For the Coordinator, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a large retail brand, exploring all facets of digital marketing.
As you grow and we identify your strengths and interests, your role can naturally evolve alongside the changing needs of the team and the organization.
As a homewares fashion brand, your keen aesthetic eye will maintain output to a consistently high standard related to our seasonal design guidelines.
A bit about you... Open to All Levels: This role is ideal for individuals studying digital marketing or at an entry level with a few years of experience.
Technically proficient with a quick aptitude for learning and adapting to various technical systems.
Skilled in managing the back end of key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), with expertise in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
Creative thinker, consistently generating proactive ideas and innovative solutions.
Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for grammar, crafting engaging short-form content tailored to target audiences.
Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail in aesthetics and styling.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving in fast-paced, promotion-driven environments.
Passionate about digital and social media, emerging trends, fashion, and homewares.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with others.
Research consumer behaviour, digital trends, and competitor activity to generate compelling ideas for email, social, and ad content.
Manages influencer operations, including coordinating shipping and delivery of products and maintaining an up-to-date product selection page for influencers as part of a weekly routine.
