Our Water Sector has secured exciting opportunities and is seeking candidates to join our global Dams team to be based in Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne .
Your opportunity We are seeking engineers specializing in dams and reservoirs who will provide owner's engineer services, lead the design of large, multidisciplinary projects, and supervise the work of more junior staff while providing technical and professional guidance to aid their development. The role includes connecting into our Global Dams and Reservoirs capability and capacity to bring the best of Mott MacDonald to our Australian clients and growing a team aligned to client needs.

About you
You are a collaborative dams engineer with a passion for fast-paced major projects, well-developed interpersonal skills, and an ability to influence and guide key stakeholders. Bringing your wealth of expertise across dams, you'll have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the enthusiasm to provide supervision to engineers, technicians, and apprentices.
