Expressions of interest - Change PartnersDescriptionWe might not always be hiring, but... we are always interested in talking with passionate change professionals. You might be a Change Manager or Change Partner currently, or you might be a BA, Training, or Comms specialist who has had a taste of change management and keen to take your career down that path. A bit about us Our approach to change has seen us work with clients across a range of sectors to deliver change programs, as well as help them grow their internal change capabilities.
About our work This is a difficult one to articulate. You might be working on a specific project supporting a new system or tech change, navigating a specific business process or system change, or helping to define and support a broad-ranging organisational change. Our projects vary from a few weeks right through to building long-term partnerships.
So, what's it (really) like to work with SynergyIQ? We follow the philosophy of 'default to trust'. One of our points of difference is that we only hire experienced professionals, and we trust them to get on with the job. There is no clock watching, mandated 'workplace flexibility' policy, and no presenteeism. We focus on results (smart, well considered work and happy clients). Rest assured though, while we trust you to work independently, you'll have the support of our whole team to call on for advice and support, and we deliberately foster personal and professional connection across our team.
As great as this sounds for some, we understand that it's not for everyone. We need people who are comfortable controlling their own schedules, managing client relationships and operating pretty independently. We need you to be ok knowing 'why' and 'what', often with the detail of 'how'.
