About the roleWe have an expression of interest for enthusiastic and proactive Train Drivers to join our Rail Operations Team across Port Hedland, Newman or Yandi.
These roles would be on a 2/2 roster fly-in fly-out from Perth.
As an experienced Train Driver, you will play a key role by:
Operating locomotives and providing operational support in our Rail Operations depots in Port Hedland, Newman and YandiPerforming mainline, yard or shunting duties in accordance with our train schedules, relevant standards and work instructionsDemonstrated commitment to ensuring a safe workplace including willingness to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with site proceduresAbout YouYou will have highly developed critical thinking skills, with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo and an unquenchable thirst for continuous improvement.
You will be highly personable with the ability to develop deep and effective working relationships with our various rail teams.
You will have highly attuned communication skills to break down complex matters to non-technical team members and other stakeholders and enable the delivery of exceptional outcomes that achieve organisational objectives and provide legacy improvements.
