About the role We are rapidly growing and expanding our values-based team of professional advisors and are seeking highly motivated and experienced people from Senior Consultant level through to Director with demonstrated experience in Sustainability Consulting and/or Management Consulting.

Our bespoke sustainability, strategy, and consulting solutions are designed with a practical focus, aligned to the client's core objectives. We deliver advisory services across four pillars:
Sustainability and decarbonisation strategies; Strategy and execution; Program & project management; and Transformation and Change. You will: You will bring prior consulting experience, having spent your foundational years in a big-4 or boutique consulting firm with client engagements across energy and resources and government, with exposure to Sustainability/ESG strategies and/or management consulting skills. Your passion and energy and desire to work cohesively and collaboratively, together with your strong client focus, will be paramount as you join the existing team and work alongside our values-led Partner who coaches and develops her team to be their absolute best.

The essentials: Qualifications in business, law/commerce, environmental science, HR or other relevant discipline. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Experience in managing and leading engagements with a small team of junior consultants.
