Empower Lives:Provide culturally respectful, person-centered support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Be a Bridge:Strengthen connections between Aruma and local Aboriginal communities, building trust and inclusion.
Advocate for Change:Stand up for human rights and help participants achieve their goals and live independently.
Work Together:Partner with families, communities, and colleagues to create holistic, inclusive support plans tailored to each participant.
