We are currently recruiting for multiple new Support Workers to join our team based in across ALL regions in Launceston, Flinders Island and Hobart to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), intimate personal care, social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients.

About the role: As a Support Worker you will be providing support and care for individuals aged 65 within your local area:
Permanent part time positions available (hours offered will be dependent on your availability) Flexibility to work your shifts between 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri (with some weekend shifts). Enjoy a diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering your local areas such as Hobart, Flinders Island, Prospect, Launceston, Hadspen, Carrick, Perth & Longford and surrounding suburbs. Benefit from a base hourly rate of $30.61 plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging. We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent. Maximize your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging. Experience the freedom of a mobile work environment, with a travel allowance of 99 cents per kilometre for driving between services. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. A valid driver's licence. A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle. Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets. A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one. A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one. Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts.
