About the role You're a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive and on track to perfect delivery. If you're a first-time foreman, you'll start by getting to know our subcontractor partners, clients and the broader SHAPE team. It's about connecting you with the entire process so you can learn and grow. If you're a more experienced foreman and you'd like to become a Site Manager at some stage, we can help fast track your ambitions and make it happen for you. In this role, we look to you to:
