Expression Of Interest: Project Managers – Separation Project (12-18 Months)

Details of the offer

Over the coming months we will undertake detailed separation and transition planning to ensure our teams and customers are supported through this process.
For this, we will require Project Managers at various levels (Senior, Mid-tier, and Coordinators) to support our Legal, Technology, Finance, and Enterprise divisions to facilitate a seamless separation process.
We are seeking skilled and adaptable professionals to lead and navigate this transformation.
You will play a crucial role in integrating operations, optimising performance, and ensuring a seamless transition.
This is a chance to be part of a significant evolution in telecommunications.
You'll make impact by: Utilising the key stakeholder list for the project and communicate with them appropriately to deliver the project.Establishing the project structure to engage all required stakeholders for all phases.
Maintain engagement of the stakeholders through the Project lifecycle including Vendors, suppliers and other PM's.Creating clear and attainable project objectives, in conjunction with your project sponsor.Managing the key constraints for the project including all aspects of cost, time, quality and scope.Working with the Separation Management Office (SMO), establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost.
This must comply with the TPG Telecom project management policies and processes.What you'll bring: Telecommunications experience across the BSS, OSS or Fixed Network implementation highly desiredPrince2, PMBK or equivalent certificationExperience as a Project or Program Manager in a waterfall environmentAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical expertsExperience Reporting and presenting to senior stakeholdersProven experience managing risks and issues, effectively driving outcomesHands-on approach essential with a strong focus on deliveryExperience working within a larger multi-disciplined Project or Program is desirable.Ability to flex up to 5 days office attendance where requiredCome join us and build a better future.
