The Position We are currently inviting expression of interest for highly experienced Project Managers who is enthusiastic about the prospect of becoming a part of Genus in 2025.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong experience handling Low Voltage, High Voltage, Substations, Solar Farm, Battery Storage System, or Wind Farm to successfully oversee the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) as well as construct-only large-scale multidiscipline scoped projects in New South Wales, South Australia, or Queensland, but flexible to support projects Genus have nationally, across Australia.
Duties Reporting directly to the General Manager (Major Projects) the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: Management of in-depth reviews of the construction project to schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and manage materials, equipment, and inventory.
Accountable for the financial and delivery aspects for the Project.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders, upholding Australian standards and best business practices always.
Striving for high client satisfaction.
About You To be considered for this role you will have: Qualification in relevant trade or Engineering (Electrical Trade Preferable).
Experience in renewable energy, batteries, high voltage, substations, solar farm, and/or wind farm.
Build a strong reputation in the industry Demonstrated experience in managing high performance teams.
