Our Opportunity:
Due to growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Engineers based in the Hunter Region who seek meaningful work in the water and wastewater industry. The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe and timely project delivery, focusing on the electrical components. Responsibilities include electrical design, procurement, site management, testing, commissioning, and documentation completion.
You will: Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects safely and environmentally soundly. Ensure construction compliance with contract and legislative requirements. Carry out electrical design activities as required. Complete project-related electrical tasks promptly. Procure electrical equipment competitively. Assist in project documentation preparation. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Maintain project Quality Assurance requirements. To be successful, you will have: Experience as a Project Engineer in the water and wastewater industry. Relevant engineering qualification. Strong knowledge of the construction industry and engineering skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
