We are looking for expressions of interest from qualified Physiotherapists who are interested in working across Residential Aged Care and Community. Duties will include, but not limited to: In the community, the consumers you will be seeing in the community are referred through government funded models, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private funding. We set achievable billable KPIs and don't work within the NDIS.Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendation to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the physiotherapy profession.There has never been a better time to join our Plena team and work towards fantastic client outcomes.
