All Karratha-based roles offered are on a residential basis, with relocation assistance provided, as well as housing – rent-free. We are looking to engage with a range of candidates who have experience within the ammonia, energy, gas, oil, petrochemical , or similar other heavy industries, including but not limited to:- Process Operator/Technician and Shift Superintendents: Crews operate under a shift arrangement of 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off. Minimum requirements are a Process Plant Operator Certificate, a Chemical Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years experience within a position in the Chemical/petrochemical industry, and (if seeking a Shift Superintendent role – +3 years in a leadership position).- Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers: responsible for optimising plant operations to ensure the highest ammonia production, efficiency and uptime is achieved without adversely impacting process safety, occupational safety or the environment. The role requires continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of the process, interaction with the Operations personnel and close co-ordination with all other departments. Minimum requirements are a degree in Chemical Engineering, 5-10 years experience within the chemical/petrochemical industry, and a high level of communication skills.
