In addition, identifying, escalating and managing issues through to resolution.
Fulltime, Part Time and Casual positions availableWork onsite in Victorian school environment as a technical specialistWork autonomously with a strong mentoring programResponsibilities: Server and Network administrationDemonstrated networking knowledge, including but not limited to: Routing, NAT, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP servicesExperience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V and/or CitrixHands on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers, firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure is an advantageInterpersonal skills & ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levelsGeneral computer hardware and software supportActive Directory and Group Policy management and administration skillsService Desk and end user device supportBYOD management and supportTechnical document writing including instructional and training materials for leadership and usersStrategic ICT planning with school leadershipMaintenance of ICT network documentationQualifications: Tertiary education desirable (Cert 4 in IT Systems Administration or similar preferable)Certification in relevant technologies (eg.
