Non-Ongoing $118,049 - $129,870 plus superannuation Adelaide, Canberra, Griffith, Goondiwindi, Mildura, Murray Bridge, Wodonga Expressions of Interest - Open to MDBA Employees Only Executive Level 1, Assistant Director, First Nations Strategy and Engagement Non-Ongoing/Acting Opportunity until 31 March 2025 The Position  The Assistant Director First Nations Strategy and Engagement role will require exceptional project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
It will work with First Nations people within the Murray-Darling Basin.
The Assistant Director will use their knowledge, strategic thinking skills and influence to develop and deliver 2 regional workshops to support the development of Basin Plan Review First Nations policy.
Your key responsibilities in this role are to  Project manage the delivery of 2 regional workshops Coordinate logistics, venue and accommodation management, invitations, payments to participants Manage risk, scope and budget of delivery Support the coordination of First Nations input into policy development as part of the Basin Plan Review drawing upon your negotiation and liaison skills with appropriate cultural competency.
