What You Need:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing/production role.
Sound knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of safety procedures in a production environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Mechanical aptitude is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Ensure production processes are running smoothly and meeting quality standards.
Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Record production data and assist with reporting.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
