The Role You will be responsible for:
Providing strong leadership to all team members with ongoing recruiting, training, coaching and supportSuccessfully managing the operational performance of the storeConsistently producing quality product and delivering excellent customer serviceTaking responsibility for ensuring food safety and WHS guidelines are adhered toDriving sales and profitabilityWhat you can bring to the team Proven experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is ideal.
