About YouWe are seeking individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and possess: Proven experience in broking or account management within property, casualty, or specialty lines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and insurer relationships.
A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Sound technical knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices.
Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in insurance broking (Diploma of Insurance Broking or equivalent preferred).
