About You As an integral part of our team, you will be expected to work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess the following: A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, such as Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation. A minimum of 3 years' experience in rail engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience within the construction or heavy engineering sectors. Proficiency in rail delivery. Competence in planning, organising work schedules, and delivering to timelines. The confidence to influence others and gain their commitment. A solid understanding of HS&E requirements. Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Why join us?
