Our Graduate Program will stretch and challenge you to explore and experiment, to listen and absorb, to be curious and have a voice.About the program:You'll join a 2-year program based on your degree and interests. If your qualifications are suitable to movement, you'll complete a number of short team rotations every 6 months to build your experience and identify your passion.How you'll learn and grow:Your development will include formal training, coaching, mentoring, sharing of internal knowledge and experience, and on-the-job learning. You'll experience a range of integrated, challenging, and targeted learning opportunities including:Involvement in real projects to learn fundamental industry skills and knowledgeInformation and Q&A sessions with key employees, leaders, and past graduatesRegular meetings with your manager and mentorFormal performance and development reviews to track and progress towards key development milestonesParticipation in external networking activities relevant to position/qualifications such as Engineers Australia or a local young professionals networking groupRegister your interestIf you don't see a current graduate opportunity that aligns with your passion and interests, we encourage you to submit your details and we'll keep you updated about opportunities to join the program.
