Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Debt Recovery Officers to work within a busy Government Agency.
This will require a high level of administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Salary: $43 per hour + Superannuation Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday Located in the CBD, hybrid working model available Please note: For Federal Government opportunities you must be an Australian Citizen and Clearances will be conducted if successful.
About the role
We are currently seeking multiple Debt Recovery Officers.
In this role, you will be required to:
Assist with debt recovery processes Prepare invoices Work to resolve issues, guided by legislation, policies, and procedures Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting Receive and process documentation Contribute to achieving team Key Performance Indicators Skills and Experience
Strong experience within the finance industry is highly desirable High level of written and analytical skills Prioritisation, organisation, and time management Ability to take initiative and work autonomously Ability to comply with all legislative and policy requirements Strong communication skills and resilience Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities Join Randstad's community of contractors for customer service roles across various Government departments.
