About the Job We are seeking expressions of interest for a skilled Cyber Security Awareness Specialist to strengthen our digital safety and resilience.
Your mission is to educate and empower employees and contractors at all levels, fostering a robust security culture within our organization.
This dynamic role demands a proactive approach to identifying training needs and delivering captivating content that resonates with our workforce.
This position also plays a vital role in conducting comprehensive audit and assurance activities, shaping our Cyber Security Program, training initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our cyber security posture.

In addition, your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness program including phishing campaigns, ongoing awareness activities, and ad-hoc educational content delivery.
Managing cyber security educational toolsets, platforms and content.
Ensuring training sessions and materials are engaging and informative and relevant to current cyber threats.
Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of awareness programs through feedback and metrics.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to inform training content.
Develop and deliver communication campaigns via varying mediums to promote cybersecurity best practices across the SA Water business.
Regularly report on program progress and provide recommendations for improvements to Senior Leadership based on data analysis.
Your success in this role will come from: Demonstrated experience uplifting Cyber Security awareness and maturity in a large organisation.
Experience fostering participation from diverse stakeholders with varying technical competence.
Ability to identify training needs to build a training and awareness program to positively impact the organization's cybersecurity culture.
Experience in cybersecurity roles, including training and awareness programs.
Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions.
Relevant tertiary education and/or industry certifications.
You will be required to hold a current driver's licence at all times.
