As a Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by: Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e.
Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred Strong leadership and team management skills.
Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
Focus on excellent customer service and results.
