If you think you can do the job and would be a good fit for our department, we'd love to hear from you.About this roleWe are recruiting for a variety of roles within the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and are seeking Aboriginal people who are committed to making a difference. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving applications for financial assistance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and supporting Aboriginal victims of crime. Other responsibilities include ensuring applications are ready for assessment, providing culturally appropriate advice and support, and engaging directly with individuals and their support networks.About usThe Department of Justice and Community Safety is committed to growing its Aboriginal workforce and strengthening its partnerships with the Aboriginal community.
