Position Overview: As an Express Service Automotive Technician , you will focus on providing efficient, high-quality maintenance services for Volkswagen vehicles. This role involves working on basic service tasks, inspections, and repairs in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of service will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and express services, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Conduct multi-point inspections to assess vehicle condition and identify additional service needs. Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and within dealership time standards. Communicate any additional service recommendations to the Service Advisor. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols. Stay current with Volkswagen training and certifications to ensure top-level service. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably in express or quick service. Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles and their servicing requirements is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Working rights for Australia. Valid Driver's licence.
