Responsibilities include: Coordinating the day-to-day implementation and management of customer accounts and programsManaging an effective grower/producer supply baseNegotiating and purchasing productMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of stock volumes, pricing, quality, international regulations, and customer information for each of the categories/customersEngaging with the supply chain - including the packing sheds, transport, and logistics teamEnsuring agreed service levels are in line with the customer's expectationsContributing to the development of Category and Account PlanAbout YouWe are looking for an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The following are essential for success in this position:3 to 5+ years' experience working in a similar role or industryAbility to demonstrate clear, succinct, relevant, and timely communicationExcellent attention to detailBusiness acumen particularly relating to profitability, stock control, and sales forecastingAbility to work cross-functionally within the businessBased in Mildura, Victoria, or willing to relocateExcellent computer skills (Intermediate with office programs)Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing (highly desirable)Strong knowledge of export produce (highly desirable)Fresh produce or FMCG sales with account management experience (highly desirable)Experience working with large supermarket chains (highly desirable)The preferred location for this position will be in Mildura, Victoria, working across our table grape and citrus farming sites.
