ARB is seeking an Export Technical Assistant to strengthen our international network and create synergy among teams.
Work alongside engineering, sales, warranty, quality, and product management to deliver exceptional service!
What You'll Do: - Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and installation issues from our regional offices and distributor network.
- Warranty Management: Validate and process warranty claims while ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
- Collaborative Improvement: Work with various teams to identify product improvements and training opportunities, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Reporting: Maintain and update the Export Vehicle Application Guide and warranty data reports, providing accurate information to internal teams.
- Crisis Management: Assist with product recalls and coordinate global tender opportunities.
What We're Looking For: - Customer Service Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and urgency in resolving issues.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ARB's products to provide accurate information and support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for interacting with both internal and external customers.

- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in computer systems and business software, including data reporting tools.
