NCF Exports is a family run business which has been exporting fresh produce (primarily table grapes and citrus) since the 1970s.Operating from Irymple, Victoria, NCF is a market leading exporter of premium produce to key markets in Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia.NCF is currently recruiting an Export Documentation Officer (experienced /or Traineeship position available) to assist in the small admin team based at Irymple. Reporting to the Documentation Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Accurately completing all export documentation as required for the destination market. Documentation includes (but is not limited to):Processing RFPs and EDNsObtaining Phytosanitary certificatesPreparing forwarding instructions & obtaining BLsPreparing Certificates of OriginPreparing Prior NoticesAccurately completing any other required documents due to customer or country requirementsLiaising with clients, transport and other entities to meet various deadlines and vessel cut-offsMonitoring vessel cut offs /ETD's and ETA'sEmailing documents to customers & amending as requiredArranging timely DHL courier for required Original DocumentsEnsuring all documents are accurate and available as required to meet vessel, government or client deadlinesOther duties as directed by the Documentation Manager or Export TradersAbout you:Ideally, you will have experience using BSM (or other export software) with in depth functional knowledge and experience in Ocean & Air Freight Forwarding, Customer Service and Commercial Business.However, if you have not worked in Export before, then we will be looking for someone who has:Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailA strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritise your workStrong decision-making capabilities and high accountabilityStrong communication skills – both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and highly organizedWillingness to get the job done - even if that means working outside of normal office hours as requiredThis is primarily an in-office position during the peak of our season (January - June) however the ability to work from home once you are well established as part of the team, and for the majority of July- December, is possible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
