Export Documentation Officer - Fixed TermThe Louis Dreyfus Company is currently recruiting for the full-time (fixed-term one year) position of Documentation Officer based in our office in Newstead. This position assists with data entry of details of exports into our system and creating draft export documentation.
Data entry and accuracy of dataPreparation of draft export documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and checking bills of ladingSubmitting data to shipping lines to obtain draft bills of ladingCreating export packing ordersExperience: High attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work within a team environmentIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suitePrevious administration experienceAbility to interact effectively with employees, customers, and third partiesAbility to work in a fast-paced positionUnderstanding and knowledge of export documentation
