02nd January, 2025About the PositionThe role of Export Documentation Coordinator is an essential role in our business of hay and straw exports.
Reporting to the General Manager, Logistics and Acquisition at Pentarch Agricultural, you will work closely with the Agriculture Sales and Export Documentation team to ensure orders are scheduled and export documentation lodged accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.You will take ownership of your role which will see you working closely with our Freight handlers, customers and production sites in WA, Victoria and NSW.
Responsibilities: Liaising closely with sales and operational staff to schedule orders and production;Booking vessel space and arranging transport;Preparing export documentation and Phyto certificates;Preparing Letters of Credit;Attending to customer enquiries and issues as they arise.To be successful in this role, you must have: Solid experience with export documentation in a similar roleProficiency in Letters of CreditExperience with BSM and MS OFFICE.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Able to work collaboratively with a small team.In return, we can offer: A competitive salary package and annual bonus package.Opportunities to grow your current skills, knowledge, and career.A supportive team and positive work environment.Central location in Fremantle with onsite car parkingHybrid working from home (after initial training period)Will consider part time (4 days per week) for the right candidate.About UsJoin our team and be part of a diversified group with over 30 years of experience leading the way in the forestry, agricultural, and permaculture industries.
