Your exciting opportunity to join our Inghams Export Team! As an Export Coordinator, you'll be the essential link between customers, brokers, and external organisations. Collaborating closely with our National Export Manager and Distribution teams, you will manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring every shipment is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities include: Manage the Export Process: Oversee all export operations from start to finish. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide high-quality support to internal and external customers. Collaborate with Teams: Work with National Export Manager and Operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing. Coordinate Shipments: Liaise with Brokers, Forwarders, and transport companies for up-to-date shipment information. Validate Information: Check shipping manifests and maintain accurate records in our National Export Systems. Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate claims and provide timely solutions. Ensure Timeliness: Process orders efficiently and keep customers informed of shipment statuses. Key requirements: Strong Interpersonal Skills : Clear communicator with excellent people skills. Proficient in MS Office : Experience with Microsoft Office programs. Logistics Experience : Background in logistics/operations environment preferred but not required. Customer-Focused : Committed to exceptional customer service. Detail-Oriented : High-level administration skills and attention to detail. Multitasker : Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems. Driven & Self-Motivated : Proactive and results-oriented. Fast-Paced Environment : Experience succeeding in rapid, high-output settings.
