Key Responsibilities: Documentation Management: Prepare, record, monitor, and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices from customer orders.Shipping & Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.Adaptability: Take on any additional duties as required to support the team.Why You'll Love Working Here: This company is known for its supportive and friendly environment, where your growth is as important as the company's success.
