Export Administration Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Administration Officer to join our administration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global and domestic administrative customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely availability of stock to fulfill orders.Liaise with sales, winemaking, production, and customers to meet their needs.Process orders efficiently and effectively.Obtain and process dispatch details to meet delivery requirements.Prepare export or domestic requirements promptly to ensure despatch can take place.Liaise with a diverse range of customers, service providers, sales, and regulatory bodies.Prepare and process final documentation requirements.Retrieve backup documentation when required for payment and audit purposes.Apply for product export approval - Wine Australia.File and archive completed orders.Assist with stocktake data entry.Perform other duties as required.About YouDemonstrate ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.Strong administrative and computer skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly.Well-developed written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
