Export Administration Officer

Details of the offer

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Administration Officer to join their close-knit administration team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for both administrative tasks and stellar customer service, this could be the role for you.
Offering a 14-month full-time contract, you will be reporting to the Administration Supervisor and Export Supervisor; this position will play a key role in all aspects of global and domestic administrative customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure availability of stock to fulfill orders. Liaise with sales/winemaking/production & customers. Process orders in a timely manner. Obtain & process dispatch details to meet delivery requirements. Prepare Export or Domestic requirements promptly to ensure despatch can take place. Liaise with a diverse range of Customers, Service Providers, Sales and Regulatory Bodies. Prepare and process final documentation requirements. Retrieve backup documentation when required for Payment & Audit purposes. Apply for Product Export approval Wine Australia. File and archive completed orders. Stocktake data entry. Assist with other duties as required. About You: Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively. Strong Administrative and computer skills. High degree of accuracy and close attention to detail. Time management and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly. Well-developed written communication skills.
