Exploration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to join our client, an ASX-listed critical minerals exploration company.With an office in Perth, the company is dedicated to the discovery and development of valuable critical mineral deposits in Western Australia.As the Exploration Manager, you will play a key role in leading discovery efforts, implementing exploration strategies, and driving programs to unlock the full potential of company assets.Responsibilities: Develop and refine the exploration strategy for Western Australia-focused projects.Plan, execute, and manage exploration programs to identify and delineate mineralisation.Analyse and interpret exploration data, conduct geological assessments, and validate results.Build positive relationships with regulatory authorities, landowners, and local communities.Manage exploration budgets and secure necessary resources as required.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate technical information effectively.Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Geoscience Discipline.Proven experience as an Exploration Manager, preferably within WA.Proficiency in geological modelling software and exploration data analysis tools.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver exploration programs on time and within budget.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate exploration teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.If the opportunity mentioned above sounds interesting, we encourage you to apply using the provided link.Alternatively, resume applications and enquiries can be directed to Dan McComb via  ******  or  +61 415 400 083.Iron Cove Global is an Australia based, globally focussed mining recruitment & executive search practice.Should you be interested to learn about this role or other opportunities we may be working on, please get in touch.All applications are treated with the strictest of confidence.
