Skip to contentOverview:Our client, an ASX-listed base and precious metals explorer, is currently searching for an Exploration Manager to lead the advancement of its East and West Coast projects. The company is focused on the rapid progression of its base and precious metals projects in Australia, with planned work programs for periods ahead.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement detailed exploration plans and programs.Oversee and manage on-site exploration activities.Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship.Conduct detailed geological interpretations and resource estimations.Compile, analyse, and interpret geological data to generate technical reports, presentations, and exploration updates.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of exploration activities.Collaborate with executive management to develop and manage exploration budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.Engage with local communities, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and promote project transparency and sustainability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a Geoscience discipline.Proven track record in planning, executing, and managing exploration programs.Strong proficiency in geological software and modelling tools (e.g., MapInfo, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Micromine, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.If the opportunity mentioned above sounds interesting, we encourage you to apply using the provided link.
