Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Expert Travel Consultant. As an Expert Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel consulting services to business travellers. This includes managing travel arrangements, assisting with reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will leverage your expertise in travel management to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for your portfolio of companies.
Qualifications
5 years + Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
Experience in providing exceptional customer service
Knowledge of travel reservation systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
