We're looking for an Expert Facilitator (School Partnerships) with School Principal level experience to join our team and partner with schools across Australia to build strong, safe, relationship-based cultures through the principles of Restorative Practices.
You? You have that School Principal experience, and you're looking for a way to be self-expressed in what REALLY matters when it comes to: Improving schools.
Transforming Australia's education system for the better.
You'd like to earn between $170-$210k, depending on your current level of experience and network capabilities.
Us? Real Schools www.realschools.com.au is a rapidly expanding entity in the schools/education market in Australia, and you'll be working: With up to 30 schools across 3-year Partnerships to help them transform their school cultures and performance.
It's a lot of fun and incredibly rewarding! With a team of enthusiastic and experienced School Leaders determined to lead, learn and laugh together.
The Job? Essentially, you're a critical friend and trusted advisor to up to 30 Australian schools, supporting them to transform by delivering our training, mentoring, coaching and resources.

You're probably wondering about a start date.
We aim to have our expert facilitator in place by January 2025.
However, we understand that if you are leaving a school, some flexibility and negotiation may be required.
In other words, we are happy to chat.
This position is available to candidates located in or near Perth, WA.
The successful candidate will work from home and will be fully funded to travel to Partner Schools.
