In this role, you'll contribute to a high-performing division that delivers critical enabling services and operational support, driving forward initiatives such as artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and model current and future business processes and information management environments. Evaluate data-related requirements, user pathways, and information flows. Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to identify customer needs and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions. Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, business cases, functional and non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, and communication/change management plans. Investigate and undertake technical research in alignment with policies and legislation. Translate business requirements into techno-functional specifications and evaluate solution options with a strategic perspective. Work collaboratively in Agile environments to deliver requirements artefacts for complex IT systems, including website development. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and information flows. Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis skills. Expertise in developing detailed documentation and solutions that address business needs. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering complex IT system requirements.
