We are seeking an Analyst to work with our clients to enhance and execute their experimentation, personalization, test & learn, and conversion rate optimization programs. This role requires a person who can initiate, build, and manage the A/B testing process, working closely with our clients' stakeholders and the Concord internal team. Deep knowledge of A/B testing, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics, and a strong focus on project management are needed to be successful.

What you will be doing

Design and execute product and marketing experiments using A/B testing best practices
Provide statistically rigorous analysis while efficiently managing the entire process from idea generation to test execution, completion, analysis, and documentation
Maintain the operational status of testing queues, monitor roadmaps, test schedules, in-flight tests, and provide recommendations to Product and Marketing teams
Interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies
Use innovative solutions to address our clients requests, understand their goals to align test setup and optimization, and find dynamic solutions for our clients' needs
Utilize analytics tools to track customer activity and progress in the optimization/testing area
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


What we are looking for

2+ years of digital marketing or A/B testing experience
Strong knowledge of A/B testing platforms and solid testing principles
Experience developing and working with A/B and multivariate testing to draw conclusions that add value to the bottom line
Experience with Monetate, APT, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Braze is preferred
Knowledge of data analysis and storytelling: Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Looker, GA4, BigQuery, and Python experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and flawless customer-centric focus
BS/BA in Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, UX, or Business or related fields
A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities.


Additional information

Employment type: Long-term full-time role.
Location: Prefer candidates located in Kansas City (Hybrid Flex: 1-2 days on-site, but flexible). Occasionally visiting the offices at Minneapolis or Kansas City might be required.
Interview process: (1) introductory call, (2) take-home assessment, and (3) panel interview with the hiring manager/team.
Consideration will be given to qualified candidates with varying levels of experience, with compensation commensurate with experience.
Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
