Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Pick/Packer Storeperson with previous experience in warehouse operations. MUST HAVE A CURRENT FORKLIFT LICENCE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets and deadlines.Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and inventory counts.Requirements: Previous experience as a Pick/Packer Storeperson or similar role in a warehouse environment.Proficiency in using RF scanners Valid forklift license Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in picking and packing orders.Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.Flexibility to work day shifts (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility around start time.Commitment to upholding health and safety standards at all times.If you are a motivated and experienced Pick/Packer Storeperson looking for a rewarding opportunity to join a reputable company, we encourage you to apply now.
