Details We are searching for someone familiar with structures and able to establish drawings for timber framing, concrete footings and slabs, suspended reinforced concrete slabs, concrete walls and columns, structural steel work, and post-tensioned slabs. The suitable candidate should have the following attributes:
Extensive understanding and use of AutoCAD. Understanding and use of Revit would be beneficial. Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of structural drafting via hand sketches during an interview. Formulate preliminary documentation from architectural plans without assistance. Ability to work both individually and in a team environment. The position offers a relaxed and professional work environment, professional development, free on-site parking, and is within walking distance to Nerang train station.
Applicant A successful applicant will need to be experienced with AutoCAD and have exposure to structural drafting specifically. The applicant will require a strong work ethic with good attention to detail. Enthusiasm, passion for construction, and good communication skills will also improve one's chance of success.
