Experienced Software Engineer

Position Type: Contractor full time
Position Location: Melbourne (Tullamarine), VIC, Australia
Position Term (Initially): 12 months (shall be extended based on performance and project load)

CKAS is searching for an experienced software engineer for the development of graphical user interfaces and gaming graphics. Ideally, the applicant will have at least 10 years experience and exposure to many or all of the following:
Windows D3D, DirectX (Important) Windows OpenGL Windows GUI development (generally Visual Basic) (Important) Windows Visual Basic (.net) Windows Visual C++ Embedded System development (microcontroller systems - ideally Atmel Atmega 8 bit and 32 bit) Unity3D and/or UnrealEngine experience for development of 3D environments (Important) 3DStudio Max CKAS demands the highest standards and quality in output. The position shall be very demanding, and we are searching for the highest quality applicants with "World Class" standards and capabilities. This position is not appropriate for inexperienced applicants.
